Summer is coming up. In China, this season consists of sweaty, sticky, and never-ending days. People everywhere are scrambling to stay cool, blasting their air-conditioners and fans. Luckily, there are other countries that are in winter, when China is in summer. Here are some places to go if you want to stay cool during the summer.
Australia
Australia is known for its hot days during the summer. However, Australia has an average of 13 degrees celsius during China’s summer. This means that if you go to Australia during summer vacation, you will experience chilly climates, but still be able to enjoy its variety of landmarks such as the opera house, King’s canyon, and Ayers Rock.
Argentina
Argentina’s maximum temperatures are around 24 degrees Celsius in its winter, which is also in China’s summer. In Buenos Aries however, temperatures are lower, and sometimes it even snows. This means that if you are going to Argentina to escape the heat of China’s summer, you will have to pack some thicker clothes, such as sweaters and jackets.
Ireland
Ireland’s temperature in June is generally not freezing cold. Its milder than Argentinas and its average floats around the 19 degrees Celsius mark. This temperature is somewhat similar to Guangzhou’s autumn temperatures. So if you like the temperature in Guangzhou during autumn, Ireland is a must go during this summer.
