The Newest Fashion Item in AISG’s Varsity Athlete Closet: The Lettermen Jacket

 

 

The AISG Athletic Council has just announced that they have designed a new lettermen jacket that will be available for purchase for the season 1, 2, and 3 varsity athletes.

This lettermen jacket features the three school colors of blue, red, and white with the AISG school name on the back of the jacket. On the left sleeve of the jacket, students can add their cohort graduation year; however, the right sleeve is empty for students to place patches, such as the ones that APAC athletes receive at every tournament.

Athletic Council has spent about two weeks designing the lettermen jacket, sending out surveys to see what people would like to see on the jacket and/or what design they like. After reading the comments from respondents, the fresh new lettermen jacket was finally been approved by both the student body and by Athletic Director Mr. Kydd.

When the lettermen jacket becomes available for purchase, it will be sold at the Rams Shack only to varsity athletes. This jacket will seem like a badge of honor for the athletes since they worked very hard to get on the varsity team. If students want one of these lettermen jackets, the only way is to be a part of a varsity team.

Since Mr. Kydd, the Athletic Director, is still awaiting a meeting with the Rams Shack, it will still be a while until the jacket is ready for purchase. Many athletes are hoping that the lettermen jacket is ready by the time APAC events begin. Many athletes hope that they will be able to wear the lettermen jacket while they travel.

The price of the jacket is still being determined since Mr. Kydd hasn’t had his meeting with the Rams Shack yet. Once the workers of the Rams Shack approve of the jacket, then the cost will be sent out and orders will be taken.
