If there’s no way for you to avoid pulling an all-nighter, f.lux is a great software that adjusts the lighting and colour of your device. Once installed, the app will control the colour temperature and brightness according to time and location. It’s designed to reduce strain on your eyes, so that should make studying a little easier!
