On March 15, at around 5:30 p.m. the competitors, also referred to as gladiators, participating in Game Night received disturbing news from Tomoka Yamada, grade 11 vice president of StuCo and the one organizing the event.
According to this link, there will be a server patch from 5:00 AM – 12:00 PM on the day of the game night, March 16th, this is a problem for participants of game night.

Dear Summoners, (the players are referred to as summoners in league of legends)
We will temporarily shut down all servers to update them on March 16th, 2016 from 5AM-12PM, you will be unable to log into the game.

Reason for shut down: Updating
Game Night is hosted from 4:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on that day after the server finishes updating and reopens; however this will require all the participants to download the new patch and update their game clients. This poses aa problem because firstly, most people have a bad habit of not checking their emails, and secondly, because the wifi at school prevents the patch from starting without a VPN and is also too slow for patching a 300mb update.
After discussion among the juniors on Skype, Tomoka Yamada reveals that this has happened before in the past.
Due to the sudden change of plans, the game night has to be either delayed or canceled. The following morning, Tomoka met with Ms. Smith and the gladiators received the following email.
Game night has been rescheduled to March 23.
Ms. Smith, however, was concerned about the parent teacher conferences taking place on March 24-25, after the Game Night, and whether or not there would be sufficient chaperons as teachers might be busy the day before the conference. It would seem that the game night may not take place until after Spring Break. Further rescheduling is still required for the game night to take place, but for the time being Tomoka Yamada is working to ensure it happens.
