AISG gained several new faculty members this year. These new teachers are enthusiastic to teach AISG students and experience AISG’s unique atmosphere. One of these teachers is Ms. Sue Francis.
Ms. Francis is originally from New Zealand and has taught international school students for the past 18 years in several countries, including Turkey, Angola, Japan and Angola. She enjoys traveling around the world to experience new cultures and new environments. In fact, she has traveled to well over 70 countries, and prefers to travel to countries she has never been to.
As a teacher, Ms. Francis is also delighted to teach AISG students because she finds the students hard-working and responsible. Ms. Francis teaches a 9th grade math course as well as IB math courses. She enjoys how AISG’s students “show initiative and listen very well to advice.” Ms. Francis, with the positive impression of her students’ mindset, believes that her students this year will advance quickly. She also finds that AISG is much like the other international schools that she has taught at in terms of the student body and the atmosphere. Therefore, she feels very comfortable and at peace with the school’s environment.
Mrs. Francis is keen to teach at AISG this year and excited to get to know the community well.
