With a new semester beginning after Winter break, AISG welcomes a few new faces who have just recently joined our community. In the 10th grade, there is one new student; however, he may be a familiar face to some people in the AISG community.
Tennis has always been Jeffrey’s interest. “[He] loves playing tennis and [he’s] kind of upset that [he] missed the tennis season.” Jeffrey has been playing tennis his entire life and can’t remember the last time he hasn’t played tennis. Some of his favorite subjects at school include English and Social Studies because “theres just something about them that [he] finds really intriguing.”
Jeffrey S. was at AISG until after 6th grade, when “[he] left AISG and went to HKIS”. After a few years at HKIS, he went to Tafts School, a private school in Connecticut. Jeffrey says that “it was a good school that looked nice,” but he had to come back “because of [his] parents’ job.” Jeffrey S. also says that “AISG is still how [he] remembered it, except for the new theater, it looks really futuristic.”
So far, Jeffrey thinks that the “high school community is really friendly,” and because AISG is “less academically stressful as [his] old school, [he] really likes it.” We hope (that Jeffrey S. continues to enjoy AISG and finds success academically and socially.
