The coronavirus has been with us for the 3rd year. Now, AISG students from both campuses are switching to online learning. What do students feel? How is the experience for some new students in AISG?
What did students think about the online classes?
“I think that online classes are quite good, and I do enjoy them. I can also see how teachers are organized with their sessions, and how hard they try to make us (students) understand the new content or unit). I can also see the effort that the school made because it is hard to announce that there are going to be online classes and on the next day to have them. It is hard to do so.”, said Peter Lee from grade 9.
“The only thing that I want to say is – I want to go back to school. Now I hate online classes. I know I can get 1 more hour of sleep, but I want to go back to school. It was fine at the beginning, but now it doesn’t seem to end. Overall, there are positive and negative thoughts about the online classes. However, in school, we could meet friends and go straight to the teachers if we needed them. I hope that the online classes will end soon.”, said Gabrielle Duchemin from grade 11.
Online classes have ended. However, there are students that are staying at home and continuing the process of online learning.
