Eat It! Episode II

Let’s begin with Eat it! Eat it is our new monthly segment featuring students eating food. It’s made by Leoul Woldemariam, Jimmy Park, David Hu and  Tiffany Chan. In the newest episode of Eat It, the students ate the famous spicy chicken noodle. It’s sold in the BRICS Cafe for 12 RMB. Here’s clip of our students try to finish that spicy delight, take a look. APAC Volleyball

The girl’s volleyball team finished their season with an outstanding 7th place placement at Super APAC. They travelled to Brent International School of Philippines from October 18th to 22nd to compete against 12 other schools in the tournament. Dominating the court and game, the girls finished first in their division but unfortunately were unable to play in the semi-finals. Despite this the girls gave each of their opponents a hard time showing dominance on court. Congratulations to Junior Becky Renfrow for receiving Most Valuable Player during the tournament. Senior China Trip

This year’s grade 12 China Trip are unlike the others because we went to Lantau Island. This trip featured comfrotable housing from the YWCA, fun activities planned and led by the Dragonfly members as well as beautiful sceneries in Lantau Island. Quiz Team At Shanghai Invitational

Congrats to the AISG Quiz Bowl winning second place at the 2017 Shanghai Invitational Tournament. The Quiz Team by winning second place qualified for the High School National Championship Tournament or HSNCT next year. They are now preparing for their Singapore tournament in March. Students Swinging At Hong Kong International Jazz Festival

The AISG Jazz Band and Strings went to Hong Kong International School and participated in the fourth annual International Jazz Festival. At the festival, the students participated in workshops from clinicians, learned a brief history of Jazz music from Dr. Aitken as well as participate in an improvisational workshop.
