The Grade 10 students have been working on “The Way I See It” speeches for the past three months, investing their social studies class to work on the speech. With a variety of topics, including historical events as well as the development of AI, the grade 10 students have already presented their astonishing speeches and the seven best speeches were nominated through student voting. On Thursday May 10th, seven 10th grade students have provided an evening of entertaining and thought provoking speeches at The Garden Hotel.
The two emcees were Leyla Sepahi and Sam Jin and the final seven speakers were Brandon Lee, Ben Lu, Daniel Park, Eddie Kim, MIku Makino, Kushboo Daswani and Jennifer Yang

Brandon Lee: Is IB a valid substitution for the current Korean education system?
Ben Lu: What were the main sociocultural consequences of 9/11?
Daniel Park: How did American intervention in World War II transform the United States’ international war in the post war period?
Kushboo Daswani: To what extent does conflict divide India and Pakistan?
Jennifer Yang: How were the negative effects of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima portrayed through media and fiction published in Japan and the United States?
Eddie Kim: Can German citizens be justified in voting for Hitler?
