Minting was born in New Jersey, USA, but moved to Guangzhou when she was just over one year old. She has been living in Guangzhou and attending AISG ever since she entered kindergarten. She enjoys listening to R&B, indie, and rap music. A keen reader of The Beacon, Minting hopes to improve her writing abilities and expand her knowledge about journalism through this experience.
